How to post downloadable files(music,videos,apk etc) in blogger blogs
Good day my neophyte bloggers today I'm going to teach you how to post downloadable files like songs, videos etc.
I was just going through my facebook feeds sometime ago, and I saw a post that someone wrote, saying that most bloggers post songs without download link and I was heart broken, so I decided to share it with you guys.
Since blogger made no provision to post downloadable files, most bloggers on the platform(like me) have been looking for solutions for the problem.
Soo here is the solution I found.
Step one:
The Box
The Box gives to 10gb storage for free all you have to do is navigate to the Box website at www.box.com and sign up.
I will be using the Box Android App for this tutorial.
Step Two:
After signing up, you login to your dashboard and click on the + sign to add the file you want to upload
After that click on upload content
And choose device library
Then you choose the file you want to upload.
After uploading the file you'd need the download link so that leads us to
Step three:
Click on the menu (3 dots)
And then share
After the share options has been opened. Now you need to enable the link.
Once the link has been enabled you need to copy it
After copying it you can just place that as the download link but it's going to be too obvious that you made use of the Box.
Soo you have to hide it. That leads us to
Step four:
After you've copied the link, you need to open a browser and paste it then this page would open up
Click and hold on the download icon inside the green box I marked, and then click on copy link.
Now that's the link you place in your post, so it won't open another page the download will just start automatically.
